Hadal Zone never collects, requests, or processes special category personal data (e.g., biometrics, racial/ethnic origin, philosophical beliefs, or political opinions).
3. Purposes & Legal Grounds of Processing
Your personal data is processed pursuant to Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK to:
- Respond to technical support tickets and developer inquiries,
- Ensure the resilience, uptime, and integrity of studio services,
- Comply with statutory reporting and legal obligations.
4. Data Transfers to Third Parties
Your personal data is never sold, rented, or commercialized to third parties or advertising brokers. Data is only disclosed when mandated by judicial or statutory authorities.

Global Privacy Policy (GDPR Compliant)
At Hadal Zone, we believe privacy is a fundamental human right. Our architecture is built upon the concept of Zero-Knowledge and Local-First Execution whenever technically viable.
1. Principles of Data Processing
We adhere to strict global data processing principles:
- Lawfulness, Fairness, and Transparency: Clear and honest disclosure of any data transactions.
- Purpose Limitation: Data is strictly used for its declared operational purpose.
- Data Minimisation: We collect the absolute minimum data required to deliver high performance.
- Storage Limitation: Temporary operational telemetry is destroyed automatically.
2. User Rights Under GDPR

Hadal Zone Tools — NFC Reader Privacy Policy
Hadal Zone Tools (NFC Reader) never transmits scanned card/tag identifiers, UID numbers, NDEF payloads, or memory hex dumps to remote servers. All parsing and cryptographic checks happen strictly on your device's local CPU.
1. Hardware Permissions & Scope
The application exclusively requests `android.permission.NFC` or iOS CoreNFC capabilities solely to communicate with nearby RFID/NFC transponders. It does not request access to contacts, cameras, precise location, or microphones.
2. Scan Telemetry & Local Storage
- Volatile Memory: Tag inspection data resides in volatile RAM and is flushed upon application termination.
- User-Initiated Saved Tags: Saved dumps and tag profiles remain encrypted on your device's sandbox (Encrypted SQLite/UserDefaults) with zero cloud backup or tracking.
- Zero Ads & Trackers: The application contains zero advertising frameworks, behavioral trackers, or third-party analytics SDKs.
Hadal Zone AI — Visual & Prompt Processing Policy
All comic strips, graphic panels, character artwork, and story narrative scripts generated through Hadal Zone AI belong 100% to you. Hadal Zone claims zero intellectual property or copyright over user creations.
1. Prompt & Generation Pipeline
Text prompts and visual conditioning inputs are transmitted to our secure inference infrastructure to generate comic layouts. Once inference finishes, output assets are dispatched directly to your client.
2. Zero Model Training on User Content
- No Base Model Training: Your private story prompts, character designs, and generated panels are never used to train foundational public models without explicit opt-in consent.
- Encrypted Transport: All client-to-cluster data transfer is shielded via TLS 1.3 encryption with AES-256 authenticated channels.
Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Hadal Zone website or utilizing software applications engineered by Hadal Zone Studio, you unconditionally agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Proprietary Rights
The Hadal Zone trademark, cybernetic logo, website design system, and proprietary engine source code are the exclusive intellectual property of Hadal Zone Studio. Unauthorized reproduction or reverse-engineering is strictly prohibited.
3. Limitation of Liability
All applications and diagnostic tools are provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. Hadal Zone disclaims liability for transponder hardware incompatibility or misconfigured tag write operations to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Cookie Policy
The Hadal Zone website uses zero third-party tracking cookies, zero advertising pixels, and zero behavioral telemetry scripts.
Only non-invasive technical preferences (such as your chosen language and display states) are persisted locally in your client's `localStorage`.
